The Path to Net-Zero : Sustainability Strategy Workshop is designed to help you start sustainability initiatives at your organization whether you’re brand new to the subject or well versed and to strengthen the role of sustainability in all aspects of your business, as these interactive workshops give an opportunity to voice challenges and concerns, while providing a framework to seed new ideas.  Grounded in current sustainability plans and research, this workshop presents best practices, case studies, primers on sustainability topics, and changemaking strategies. Our pre-workshop sustainability scorecard is a self-assessment tool that provides key insights into your organization’s current sustainability (ESG) program. On the basis of your organization’s sustainability scorecard, relevant best practices will be presented during the workshop to help you contribute towards filling the gaps in your organization’s sustainability program and to bring it to the next level.
